Meditation Classes in Darlington and Saltburn
with Venerable Kelsang Chödor

These classes run every week from w/c 25th August - 21st December -
you're welcome to join at any time.

What to expect

These classes in Durham, Middlesbrough, Richmond and Saltburn are part of our 'General Programme' and consist of guided meditations, a short talk and discussion followed by refreshments. These classes provide a wide-ranging introduction to meditation - the emphasis being on how to start and maintain a personal meditation practice and how to integrate this into our daily life. Topics may cover how to overcome stress and anger, improving relationships and increasing our confidence and mental well-being.

Each class is self-contained so come to the ones you can.  Details about current topics are available at the class.  If you wish you can discuss personal interests and needs with the teacher
