Avalokiteshvara

Nyungnä Purification
Practice Retreat

Monday 14th - Tuesday 15th April 2008

Precepts 6.30 am

Session times:- 7.00am; 10.30am; 4.00pm

We hold this only once a year; so try not to miss this very powerful purification practice taught by Buddha Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of compassion.

This practice is designed especially to help us purify our past negative actions of body, speech and mind. Held over 2 days (you can attend only one though), it involves taking and keeping special vows; making prostrations and fasting. To partake in the practice you will need to attend the precepts session on that particular day.

No experience is necessary, but try to find out more beforehand by contacting the EPC at the centre.

We provide information sheets that tell you what to do in each session, so no experience  is necessary. Ask someone beforehand to go through them with you if you like.

All retreat sessions are FREE, come to as many as you like.
