e-Dharma Newsletter

January 2008

Having gone for refuge, our main practice is to observe the laws of karma by abandoning non-virtue and practising virtue. This is the actual method for protecting ourself from rebirth in the lower realms, and the foundation of all other Dharma realizations.

A Fresh Start

Meditation Classes

every week throughout
the area

The classes now run every week from w/c 7th January until 16th March so it's easier to know when classes are on.

Please note there'll be a two week break for Easter, then they restart 31st July until 25th July.

All of our General Programme classes now run in a new format. They are now only an hour and a half in length. They start with a guided meditation to relax, followed by a 20-25 minute talk. A guided meditation based on the nights topic is followed by a short period for discussion and questions.

We hope that people will enjoy these changes, and encourage you all to come and experience them.
