Supporting Buddhism in North East England

Atisha Buddhist Centre does not rely on any central funds or resources to support its activities. Although the centre receives income from rents and course fees; this is never enough to cover our outgoings . Every year we rely on individual donations from kind benefactors. Every penny is spent wisely and as a Registered Charity (No. 1013466) we can reclaim the tax on your donation if you are in employment. Your money is needed to maintain and improve the facilities at the Centre and it will also enable us to run and promote meditation classes throughout the region, bringing Dharma to those who desperately need it.

There are a number of ways that you can support the Centre. Please choose one you find appropriate.

Make a one off donation to the Centre. You can send it in the post (make cheques payable to Atisha Centre) or make an immediate secure online donation (using Credit / Debit card) by clicking the button below. (Please note that PayPal will receive roughly 3% of your donation).
