These classes run every week from w/c 7th January - 25th July except for a two week break for Easter - you're welcome to join at any time.

These classes in Durham, Middlesbrough, Norton, Richmond and Saltburn are part of our 'General Programme' and consist of guided meditations, a short talk and discussion followed by refreshments. These classes provide a wide-ranging introduction to meditation - the emphasis being on how to start and maintain a personal meditation practice and how to integrate this into our daily life. Topics may cover how to overcome stress and anger, improving relationships and increasing our confidence and mental well-being. 

You are welcome to drop-in at any time. Don't worry if you miss a few classes!

No booking is necessary for these classes. The fee is £4.50 per class.
